Success Strategy Fellowship
Who: The fellowship is for volunteer EMS board of directors and senior members of the EMS Agency
What: The fellowship is a complete review and assessment of the organization from a leadership, operations, and financial perspective
Where: The fellowship takes place in-person for the first meeting at the EMS Agency’s headquarters. Other meetings are held either virtually or in person, depending on the agency’s location
When: The fellowship takes place over a period of four to eight months. The time variable is due to the challenges of getting all the meeting participants together at the same time
Why: Your agency is taking on water. Before you sink and are out of business, we want to help. We have heard all the problems: retention, by-laws, and even embezzlement. These issues are formidable and scary, and can all be traced back to leadership, management, and fiscal responsibility
How much: This may surprise you, but this costs you nothing. We are a funded 501 (c)(3). All we ask in return is your dedication to the process. You commit to being a part of the conversation, be willing to implement new systems and procedures, and lead from the front
