Success Strategy Fellowship
The fellowship is for volunteer EMS board of directors and senior members of the EMS Agency
The fellowship is a complete review and assessment of the organization from a leadership, operations, and financial perspective.
The fellowship takes place in-person for the first meeting at the EMS Agency’s headquarters. Other meetings are held either virtually or in person, depending on the agency’s location.
The fellowship takes place over a period of four to eight months. The time variable is due to the challenges of getting all the meeting participants together at the same time.
Your agency is taking on water. Before you sink and are out of business, we want to help. We have heard all the problems: retention, by-laws, and even embezzlement. These issues are formidable and scary, and can all be traced back to leadership, management, and fiscal responsibility.
This may surprise you, but this costs you nothing. We are a funded 501 (c)(3). All we ask in return is your dedication to the process. You commit to being a part of the conversation, be willing to implement new systems and procedures, and lead from the front.
